After Hours
Reception is unmanned 5pm to 8am. After 6pm you will need your room tag to access the building, Breakwater Room and Pool terrace.
A strict 10pm noise curfew is in place.
Amenities & Bathrobes
Luxurious Leif amenities and Bemboka bathrobes are supplied for your comfort. Please do not remove from room. Should you like to purchase as a memento or gift we can assist in arranging purchase through our suppliers.
Car Parking
Complimentary car parking is available underneath, access next to reception. The Surf takes no responsibility for damage or loss of your vehicle while parked at the Hotel.
Check-in / Check-out times
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-Out time is 10:30am. If this is not convenient or you would like a late check out please contact Reception. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, this is subject to availability and day charges may apply after 12noon.

Food preparation
Health Authorities strictly forbid cooking and preparing of food in guest rooms.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff will service your room between 9am & 2pm. Please inform reception if you have a preferred time. We will do our best to accommodate, with no guarantees.
Ice Machine
Ice machine located on roof terrace. An ice bucket is stored in the kitchenette of your room.
Nespresso Coffee Machine
Additional pods, including decaffeinated, are available from reception
Mini-Bar
Will be replenished daily and settled prior to departure. If you’d prefer specific items, contact reception and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
Iron & Ironing Board
An iron and ironing board is located in your room. For your safety, please ensure you unplug the iron when finished.
Guest Laundry
Self service washing machines and dryers are available in the Guest Laundry on Level 2. Bio washing powder sachets next to machines.

Roof Terrace Pool
Open during daylight hours and exclusively for hotel guests use. Visitors are not permitted to use the pool or pool terrace. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Please consider other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Surfboards
Four complimentary soft top surfboards in varying sizes are available for your use.
Surfboard & Wetsuit Storage
Rinsing station, shower, and secure storage available in carpark. Contact reception.
Towels & Linen
As part of our environmental commitment we encourage guests to support our reduction in laundry and detergents. During your stay, your room will be refreshed daily with sheets changed every second day. Should you wish to re-use your towels place them on the towel rail provided. Should you place your towels on the floor we will be delighted to replace them.
WIFI
Complimentary NBN WIFI is available throughout the hotel.

Emergency & Safety – please take a moment to read.
A continuous ringing bell and vocal notification is the signal to vacate the Hotel. in case of an emergency. The assembly point is the monument in carpark opposite.
For yours, and others safety do not bring luggage and follow instructions of our Staff. In the case of the emergency alarm sounding do not use the lift.
In Case of Fire
EVACUATE your room IMMEDIATELY no matter how small the fire, closing all doors behind you.
EVACUATE to the ground floor. DO NOT use the lift. Immediately report to Hotel Staff.
DO NOT take luggage
DO NOT take any risks.
Only return to your room once cleared by management.
