After Hours
Reception is unmanned from 4pm to 8am. After 6pm, you will need your room tag to access the building, Breakwater Room, and Pool Terrace. A strict 10pm noise curfew is in place.

Amenities & Bathrobes
Luxurious Leif amenities and Bemboka bathrobes are provided for your comfort. Please do not remove these items from your room. Should you wish to purchase them as a gift or keepsake, we’re happy to assist through our suppliers.

Car Parking
Complimentary parking is available underneath the hotel, with access next to Reception. The Surf accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles while parked.

If you require a late check-out, please contact Reception. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Day-use charges may apply for check-outs after 12:00pm.

Food Preparation
Please note: food preparation and cooking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited under Health Authority regulations.

Housekeeping
Rooms are serviced daily between 9am and 2pm. If you have a preferred time, please let Reception know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Ice Machine
Located on the Roof Terrace. Ice buckets are provided in your room kitchenette.

Delonghi Espresso Machine
Supplied with Allpress coffee pods. Additional pods, including decaf, are available from Reception.

Mini-Bar – It’s Our Shout
Enjoy our complimentary selection of snacks and beverages, replenished daily.

Iron & Ironing Board
Located in your room. For safety, please ensure the iron is unplugged after use.

Guest Laundry
Self-service washing machines and dryers are available on Level 2. Bio washing liquid and stain remover are provided beside the machines.

Open daily from 8am to 4pm.

Roof Terrace Pool
Open during daylight hours and exclusively for guest use. Visitors are not permitted. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please respect fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum.

Surfboards
Complimentary soft-top surfboards in various sizes are available for guest use.

Surfboard & Wetsuit Storage
A rinsing station, shower, and secure storage are located in the car park. Please contact Reception for access.

Towels & Linen
In support of our sustainability efforts, sheets are changed every second day and towels refreshed only if placed on the floor. If you’d like to reuse your towels, please hang them on the provided towel rail.

WiFi
Complimentary NBN Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Emergency & Safety

In case of emergency A continuous ringing bell and vocal announcement indicates evacuation. The assembly point is the monument in the car park opposite the hotel.

  • Do not bring luggage.

  • Do not use the lift.

  • Follow instructions from staff.

In case of fire

  • Evacuate immediately — no matter how small the fire — and close all doors behind you.

  • Use stairs only to reach the ground floor.

  • Report immediately to hotel staff.

  • Do not take risks or return to your room until cleared by management.
